Sales Admin Coordinator
Responsibilities:
> Data Checker: Ensure that all applications are free from error
> MIS Management: Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and other related systems
> Case Management: Monitor, Check and Update daily report sent by the Client
> Record and Asset Management - Maintain and update records and files for the processing of applications
> Other related duties assigned
Qualifications:
> At least 3 years’ experience in Sales operational role; experience in operational roles for banking products will be an asset.
> Highly motivated and customer-oriented Must have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
> Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
> Ability to work in high pressure environments
> Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking.
> Exceptional communication and writing skills, and capable of liasing with multiple levels within an organization
